The Potter and the Black family

The Potter Family:

Let's get to the three Peverell brothers: Ignotus Peverell is the ancestor of

Iolanthe Peverell who would go on to marry Hardwin Potter. Hardwin Potter line would eventually lead us to Henry Potter who was the son of Mrs.Fleamont. On Mrs. Fleamont's deathbed, she asked her son to keep her maiden name alive. So when Henry had a son, he named him Fleamont Potter. Fleamont Potter married a girl named Euphemia and had a son named James Potter. James Potter would married a muggleborn named Lily Evans and had Harry Potter. Harry Potter would marry Ginny Weasley from the Weasley family and had three kids: James Potter , Albus Potter and Lily Potter.

Evan's Family:

Lily Evans had a sister: Petunia Evans. Petunia Evans married Vernon Dursley and gave birth to Dudley Dursley.

The Black Family:

This Family line starts with 4 family members: Phoebe , Alexia , Eduardus and Licorus Black.

Out of these four members, only one had kids: Licorus Black. Licorus married Magenta Tripe and had three kids namely: Cygnus Black I, Arcturus Black I and Misapinoa Black.

Misapinoa married into the Bilshwik Family by marrying Jimbo Bilshwik. 

Meanwhile Cygnus Black married Ella max and had 4 kids: Isla Black, Sirius Black I , Elladora Black and Phineas Nigellus Black[the portrait from the headmaster's room; Hogwarts] .

Out of these four siblings , only one sibling had kids: Phineas Nigellus Black. Phineas Black married Ursala Flint who connects to Marcus Flint from Harry's time.

Phineas and Ursala had 5 kids namely Arcturus Black II , Sirius Black II , Phineas Black II , Cygnus Black II and Belvina Black.

Sirius Black II married Hesper Gamp and had 3 kids: Lycoris Black , Regulus Black I and Arcturus Black III.

Arcturus Black III married Melania Macmillian who connects us to Ernie Macmillian another kid during Harry's time. Arcturus and Melania had two kids: Orion and Lucretia Black. 

Orion Black married his cousin Walburga Black and their kids were Sirius Black III and Regulus Black II. Both Sirius and Regulus Black died very young.

Orion's sister Lucretia Black married Ignatius Prewett. The Prewett Family connects us to Molly Prewett and the Weasleys.

Let's go back Phineas Nigellus Black's kids. His son Arcturus Black II married Lyasandra Yaxley whose kids connect us to the Weasley family , the Crouch Family and the Longbottom family.

Belvina Black married Herbert Burke but didn't have any kids. Cygnus Black II married Violette Bulstrode and had 4 kids: Dorea Black , Pollux Black , Cassiopeia Black and Marius Black. 

Dorea Black married Charlus Potter thus connecting the Black family to the Potter family. The only sibling to have kids out of these 4 was Pollux Black. Pollux Black married Irma Crabbe. Irma Crabbe's family connects to Vincent Crabbe; another kid in Slytherin during Harry's time. Pollux Black had 3 kids: Cygnus Black III , Alphard Black and Walburga Black(mother of Sirius black III).

Cygnus Black III married Druela Rosier and had 3 daughters: Narcissa Black , Andromeda Black and Bellatrix Black.

Narcissa Black married Lucius Malfoy connecting to another big family: the Malfoys. They had a son Draco Malfoy who married Astoria Greengrass and had a son: Scorpio Malfoy.

Bellatrix Black married Rodolphus Lestrange(who was seemed to have come from the family of Leta Lestrange from the Fantastic Beasts series). Although Bellatrix and Rodolphus never had kids , it is said that Voldemort and Bellatrix had a daughter named Delphini who is from the time of Harry's son-Albus Potter.

Andromeda Black married a muggle born, Ted Tonks against her family's will.

They had a daughter: Nymphadora Tonks who later on went to marry Remus Lupin and had a son named Ted Lupin.

Sirius Black was the last of the Blacks and he passed away young where the line of the black family ended.
